Chhattisgarh Police on Wednesday seized 35 kg of cannabis valued at Rs 1.75 lakh and arrested a man in a village in Raigarh district.
Raigarh Superintendent of Police Santosh Singh told The Pioneer over telephone that Umesh Kumar Chaudhary (33) of Ameri village has been taken into custody.
He told the police that he brought the contraband from Odisha.
