The State Government has declared one-day state mourning on demise of Chhattisgarh’s first Governor Dinesh Nandan Sahay on Monday (January 29).
During Mourning, in all the government buildings, where national flag is hoisted, the flag will be tilted, an official press release informed.
No entertainment programme will be organized at government-level during smourning. General Administration Department has issued circular in the context from Secretariat to all the department heads, divisional commissioners and district collectors.
