Objections and claims have been invited from the people against the socio-economic and caste census conducted in 2011. The detailed information published has been pasted at the notice board of Janpad Panchayat headquarters and gram panchayats for public.
The officials said that the lists have been pasted on the notice board for public observation. The list of urban areas will be available for observation at the wards office, Nagar Panchayat and at the office of Municipal Corporation. The soft copy of the list is also available at the Collectorate, Zila Panchayat and Tehsil headquarter besides official website of the district www.kawardha.gov.in.
The officials said that for any objection or modification, people can submit their application on a given format by January 20, 2015. The people living in rural areas can submit their application with the concerned gram panchayat secretary or the Chief Executive Officer of the concerned Janpad Panchayat.
The urban people can submit their application with the Chief Municipal Office. The application forms are available free of cost at the office of Janpad Panchayat, gram panchayat and Nagar Palika. The format is also available on the website of the district and can be downloaded by people, officials said.
