The International Yoga Day was celebrated enthusiastically at the NTPC-Nava Raipur on Wednesday. Employees and family members participated in large numbers.
At a programme held at WR-II Headquarters, yoga Instructor Mukesh Nihar from Art of Living and his team imparted various postures to the participants.
The event included a lecture on the relevance of yoga in today’s corporate world. C. Sivakumar, Regional Executive Director (WR-II & USSC), said yoga embodies unity of mind and body and asked everyone to make it part of daily activity.
