The National Students Union of India (NSUI) on Sunday held a protest against the Modi government to denounce the rising prices of fuel.
NSUI members led by Raipur district President Amit Sharma headed towards the residences of former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh, Raipur MP Sunil Soni and South MLA Brijmohan Agarwal with empty bottles and bikes and asked for petrol.
Everyone, including college students, are upset with the hike in fuel prices, Sharma said.
NSU workers handed over the empty bottles to the police when they were stopped at Shankar Nagar.
