The Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) will soon carry out allotment of land for development of lodge and Budget Hotel at Sector 36 and a Star category hotel at Sector 24.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO), NRDA, Rajat Kumar, while talking to The Pioneer, said the Authority will soon carry out allotment of land for development of lodge and Budget Hotel at Sector 36 in new capital city.
Apart from it, the Authority is also going to allot land for development of a Star category hotel in Sector 24 of new capital city, he said. Tendering process for both the places is under pipeline and soon it would be executed, he added.
NRDA is all set to open business opportunities for buyers of retail space at its Retail Tower in the Central Business District in the new capital city, official informed.
It had been inviting buyers for purchase of carpet area for Multiplex, Food Court and Entertainment Zone, Bar cum Restaurant and Open Terrace Restaurant in Central Business District Retail Tower in the new capital city.
NRDA has already opened booking for Built-up space for a host of newly developed facilities to provide a head start to commercial activities in the new capital region.
The built-up space will be sold for at Retail Complex (CBD), Naya Raipur for Multiplex, Restaurant cum Bar and Food Court & Entertainment Zone in the new capital city, officials informed.
Notably, Naya Raipur being first planned city of 21st century already has state-of-the-art infrastructure at its disposal. The city has well planned economic and social infrastructure, officials informed.
