Now, Modi is as good as elected: Bais

Burning issues such as unemployment, corruption and price rise in the country can only be solved with a BJP government under the leadership of its designated prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi at the Centre, said BJP candidate for Raipur lok Sabha seat Ramesh Bais here on Wednesday.

According to his campaign manager, Brijmohan Agrawal, it was Bais who converted the Raipur Engineering College into a reputed National Institute of Technology (NIT).

Bais during his campaign trail, also called on intellectuals including the members of the legal fraternity, Bharatiya Janata Mazdoor Morcha and party’s Kisan Morcha and urged them to vote for him.

The party, according to Agrawal, was getting enormous response from the people that indicated  they have made up their mind to install Modi as the next Prime Minister of the country.

Slamming the Congress for its failure to usher in development in the country, Bais said, under its rule prices of essential commodities skyrocketed, unemployment and corruption crossed all limits.

“Now the people are reposing their faith in Modi for finding a solution to these issues plaguing the country “, he said. According to him, a BJP government at the Centre would find a solution to the price rise, unemployment, black marketing and corruption in the country.

Agrawal said Bais had done so much for the development of not only Raipur but also for the entire state and recalled the crucial role he (Bais) had played for the formation of the separate state of Chhattisgarh.

Besides upgrading the Raipur Engineering College as NIT, Bais played a very important role in bringing the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) to Raipur, he said. The forthcoming lok Sabha election will be decisive for the country, he said.
