Chhattisgarh Chief Electoral Officer Reena Babasaheb Kangale said on Friday that the notification for the second phase of Assembly elections will be issued on October 21 and nomination papers can be filed until October 30.
The nominations will be scrutinised on October 31. The candidates can withdraw their names until November 2.
Voting for the second phase will take place on November 17. The votes will be counted on December 3.
In the second phase, voting will take place for 70 seats in Raipur, Bilaspur, Durg and Surguja.
