Over filing of nomination the CEO informed that one nomination was filed from Rajnandgaon assembly segment on Oct 19. Similarly a total of 12 nomination forms were filed on Oct 21 including from Rajnandgaon, Kanker, Bhanupratappur, Keshkal, Dantewada, Bijapur and Narainpur.
According to CEO, Ajit Jain, Gurudatta lokesh, and Kewal Rajak filed nomination from Rajnandgaon while Ramesh Netam (CPM) and Shankar Dhruwa (INC) have filed from Kanker assembly seat. likewise, two Indian National Congress (INC) candidates including Manoj Mandavi (Bhanupratappur) and Sant Ram Netam (Keshkal) have also been filed. BJP candidates Bhima Mandavi (Dantewada) besides Mahesh Gagda (Bijapur) too have filed their nominations Monday. In the same way Meena Rautia filed as independent from Bijapur while Chandan Singh Kashyap (INC) submitted his nominations from Narainpur constituency.
