nThe Headquarters of Nagarnar Integrated Steel Plant (NISP) of the state-owned National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) will be shifted from Hyderabad to Nagarnar.
Apart from this, the recruitment examinations for group C and group D staff of the NMDC from now onwards will also be conducted at district headquarters of Dantewada.
These decisions were taken at a meeting of Chairman National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel here at Mahanadi Bhawan on Wednesday evening.
Official sources informed that the CM suggested the NMDC Chairman to take these two steps in favour of citizens of the state, to which the chairman immediately agreed.
Official sources further informed that after the meeting the NMDC chairman issued instructions to fulfill promises made to the CM.
