For improving services under the Public Service Guarantee Act, District Collector Taman Singh Sonwani has provided consent for opening new ‘lok Seva Kendra’ in the district.
After getting the consent, very soon, a new ‘lok Seva Kendra’ will be opened in Narayanpur for which lok Seva operator has already been appointed.
Vikas Kiran Jacob has been appointed for developing the Kendra in the Municipal Council Narayanpur office building.
The selected lok Seva Operator will be appointed as lok Seva Agent and they will have to start work within 15 days of releasing of the order or their appointment will be considered cancelled automatically, officials stated.
According to District Administration officers the application for lok Seva operators will be accepted with fee of Rs15 only and for printing documents Rs5 can be charged additionally.
The selected candidates before getting appointed will have to submit security deposit of Rs20,000 as contract. If they fail to do so their appointment shall be considered automatically cancelled.
