Fishplates of five railway tracks on K K Railroad in Dantewada were taken out by insurgents on the intervening night of November 5 and 6, officials informed.
The damage caused to Railway tracks partially disrupted traffic on the Kirandul -Voltaire section.
Posters were found near the damaged tracks appealing to stop Operation Green Hunt and support Dandakaranya bandh on November 8 by the insurgents.
The traffic on the section was resumed after the Railway authorities got the tracks repaired during the early morning hours on Thursday.
