National lok Adalat will be organised on December 6 to redress pending cases of various courts. The National lok Adalat will be organised in all the District Courts, Tehsil Courts, Family Courts, Revenue Courts, labour Courts, Consumer Forum, Forest Department, Janpad and District Panchayat, Municipal Council and Municipal Corporation.
In this lok Adalat, maximum number of cases related to eligible foreclosure agreement, civil, family, motor accident and claim will be redressed. Moreover, an additional special bench of lok Adalat will be constituted to redress the cases, related to telecommunication, banking, electricity and other financial institution, on mutual agreement basis.
