The backwardness of the rural areas in the district will now become a thing of past, as the district administration has made up its mind to address the issues plaguing them on a war footing.
The officials have started making frequent visits in every village of the district, following directives from District Collector Yashwant Kumar for identifying the problems of the people and solving them on the spot.
The Collector in a meeting of senior officials of the district directed officials to visit every village and identify all the problems and find solution to them without any delay. He also instructed them to check the condition of all the government institutions including schools, water supply, roads among other things. According to him there would be no dearth of funds available for providing basic amenities to the people and warned of action against officials who failed to follow his directives.
