The Directorate of Public Relations has issued directives to launch a drive for making registration of all the ‘Nacha Dal’ and ‘Kala Jattha’ (artists troupes) of the district.
The district Public Relation Office will make development block-wise registration of the ‘Nacha Dal’ and ‘Kala Jattha’ between September 1 to 10.
The ‘Nacha Dal’ and ‘Kala Jattha’ will have to clear a three-level competitions of the public relation department as only the selected ‘Nacha Dal’ and ‘Kala Jattha’ will further get chance to perform in different programmes.
The groups selected on block-level will get a chance to participate in the district-level competition while those give best performance in the district-level will get chance to exhibit their art on State-level competitions.
The selected groups will be given chance to promote the state government-run schemes in different districts through their art.
The Government will give them fix remuneration for their promotion.
All the ‘Nacha Dal’ and ‘Kala Jattha’ of the district were requested to register their groups at the district public relation office by September 10.
The interested groups will have to perform on the themes provided them from the department at the time of registration.
