Digvijay Singh said Chief Minister Raman Singh should first tell the people how his wealth grew five times, instead of blaming the Congress for rise in onion prices. Responding to a question, Digvijay said, “let the Chief Minister first tell people how his wealth has grown five timesIJ”
Digvijay was here on a one-day tour to attend the 13 day death ritual of Padmini Shukla, the wife of former MP Chief Minister late Shyama Charan Shukla at Rajim.
The Congress general secretary also asked the State Government to seek a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation into the alleged coal block scam in the State if it wants to come clean. “There is nothing new in his allegation. My assets details are already available in public domain,” the Chief Minister told reporters here before departing to Pandaria.
