Municipal Commissioner D Singh has directed the officials of Water Resource Department here to submit a daily progress report of the implementation of ‘Bhagirathi Nal Jal Yojana’.
Chairing a meeting, Singh directed officials to ensure timely completion of all pipeline extension work in each Ward apart from providing new tap connections under the ‘Bhagirathi Nal Jal Yojana’. The Commissioner also directed to prepare a proposal for construction of water tank in Motipur and Pendri along with preparing the estimate for 27 ‘Multicast listener Discovery’ (MlD) and 10 MlD inter-connection in Mohara under Bhagirathi Nal Jal Yojana.
