Public Works Department Minister Rajesh Munat on Monday inspected the ongoing construction work of the Nagarjuna Government Science College auditorium here.
The auditorium will house 1,500 spectators and will cost Rs 48 crore, officials informed.
He called upon the engineers to hasten the construction works of the ultra-modern auditorium.
The Minister stressed upon the need for high-quality construction. H Munat directed officials regarding the colours of the hall, stage, entry points, sound and light system.
The State Government had sanctioned the auditorium in January 2015. There will also a convention hall, dining hall, central lobby, dressing room, kitchen and basement parking.
