PWD Minister Rajesh Munat on Saturday carried out bhumi-pujan of cement concrete road construction and tarring works of total 18.45 kms of roads in four directions of Kota in Shaheed Manmohan Singh Bakshi Ward.
Nearly Rs 5.13 crore will be spent on this work, officials informed.
Munat, in his address to the gathering, highlighted the steps being taken by the State Government for development of public facilities in the areas under jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation.
The programme was presided over by Speaker, Raipur Municipal Corporation Prafulla Vishwakarma.
