Mukesh Kumar and Priyanka Sahu finished in the top position in the men’s and women's categories of the "Run for Pride" event here on Tuesday.
In the senior citizen category, Gujari Lal secured the first spot while in the run for children below 14 years, Karan Sahu and Kamini Sahu were ranked on top among boys and girls respectively.
People enthusiastically participated in the 5-km run run, which was organized by the Public Relations and the Sports and Youth Welfare departments in three categories to mark three years of the Chhattisgarh government.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also took part to boost the morale of the participants.
