Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a letter to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has expressed his grief over the demise of latter’s mother Bindeshwari Baghel.
In the letter of condolence, the PM termed Bindeshwari a brave woman who courageously fought the ailment even though she was being hospitalised for a long period.
“Even though being from rural background she always emphasized on education and progressive social mobility. Your mother had dreamt big for you. I could understand very well that she was your source of inspiration in attaining the great heights”, said the PM.
The PM further wrote “even though one had achieved such height as you have, no one is prepared for such an irreparable loss as of losing a mother”.
“Your mother might have felt proud of your achievements as you surge ahead in political arena right from the grass root level and have now become the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh state,” he said. “The values inculcated on you by her will last long and the guidance she had given to you will remain with you forever”, Modi said.
“The blessings of her for serving the people of Chhattisgarh will always with you and I condole the sad demise of her”, he added.
