The State Government effected a minor reshuffle in the administrative set up by moving 14 Indian Administrative Services officials and two forest service officers to new place. Circular announcing the new postings for these officials was released from Mahanadi Bhawan on Monday evening.
According to the order, RC Sinha (IAS) Secretary, 20-point Programme Implementation, Religious Trust and Religion department has been assigned additional charge of secretary, Culture and Tourism Department and Director of Culture and Archaeology departments.
KDP Rao (IAS), principal Secretary Culture and Tourism department and Director Culture and Archaeology department has been appointed as Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, whereas RP Jain (IAS) who is at present Commissioner of Bilaspur Division has been shifted to Jagdalpur as Bastar Divisional Commissioner.
Dr BS Anant (IAS) has been relieved of charge of Commissioner local Fund Audit. He will remain as Secretary Forest Department. DD Singh (IAS) presently director, horticulture and joint chief election officer Chhattisgarh has been divested of his charge of Director horticulture.
lS Cain (IAS) has been divested of his charge as joint secretary of cooperative department, Mayank Varvade (IAS) has been appointed as joint secretary Panchayat and Rural Development department with additional charges of commissioner MNREGA, and Director of National Rural livelihood Mission.
Omprakash Chaudhary (IAS) has been assigned additional charge of deputy secretary, public relations department, whereas Bhuvnesh yadav (IAS) has been appointed as deputy secretary cooperative department and along with additional charge of Director of Horticulture department.
Jai Prakash Mourya (IAS) has been shifted as Subdivisional officer Jashpur with additional charge of chief Executive officer of zila Panchayat Jashpur.
Kartikeya Goyal (IAS) has been transferred as SDO Narayanpur with additional charge of CEO Zila Panchayat Narayanpur.
Ranu Sahu (IAS) has been shifted as SDO Baikunthpur, district Koriya with additional charge of CEO Zila Panchayat Koriya.
Narendra Kumar Shukla (IAS) has been posted as Director, local Fund Audit department with additional charge of additional commissioner Commercial tax.
Dhananjay Dewangan (IAS) has been posted as CEO Zila Panchayat Raipur whereas Devendra Singh (IFS) has been appointed as Director Gramodyog, handloom and Silk department, Sunil Mishra (IFS) has been posted as Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation.
