Chhattisgarh Panchayat and Rural Development Minister T.S. Singh Deo on Wednesday asked officials to digitize information related to the Panchayat scheme on the e-PRI portal.
These would cover the Samagra Vikas Yojana, Basic, Capacity Development, Internal Electrification Scheme, Sansad Adarsh Gram, Vidhayak Adarsh Gram, Backward Class Authority and Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
He was holding a review of the e-PRI (Panchayati Raj Institutions) project here, an official communication said.
The e-PRI project was started as a pilot from January. The digital payment of salaries of village Secretaries across the state will be done soon. A discussion was held to launch the mobile app soon for geo-tagging of the assets of panchayats.
In the first phase, four modules -- namely Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Learning Management System (LMS), Knowledge Management System (KMS) and Survey -- were launched in the state.
These were developed for the compilation of documents related to departmental orders, notifications and acts issued by the Directorate of Panchayats.
The compilation of basic information on the first 100 points of the conduct of Gram Sabha in Gram Panchayats has been done by the Survey module.
