A demand had been raised by the State unit of the Congress party to make public the minutes of the meeting between BAlCO Chairman Anil Agarwal and Chief Minister Raman Singh on their recent meeting in the State, a Congress party statement issued here on Sunday stated.
The Chief Minister had left his tour of Kawardha mid way and returned to Raipur to meet Agarwal and had a closed door meeting for half-an-hour, the statement said.
