The Maitri Mahila Samiti of NTPC Korba Thermal Power Station distributed various daily use items like table, chair, box, mat and utensils for Mid-day meal scheme in the villages of Purinakhar, lotlota, Salihabhata and others recently. The members of Maitri Mahila Samiti also planted saplings in some Anganwadis and urged the residents of above mentioned villages to maintain hygiene while cooking, a NTPC Press release informed. The president of Maitri Mahila Samiti, Seema Tiwari along with others were also present on the occasion.
