Mahindra Powerol- a business of newly formed Mahindra Powertrain division, on Wednesday launched a unique service ‘5 Years Super Shield’ for owners of DG sets in Raipur.
Meanwhile, the company has also launched Engineered Canopy with ‘Super Shield Plan’.
Under ‘5 Years Super Shield’ plan, the company will be offering an all-inclusive, cashless service to owners of DG sets, said Senior Vice-president and Business Head (Powerol Business) of Mahindra & Mahindra ltd , P Palaniappan.
According to him, the concept of super shield is an end-to-end solution to the customer in terms of operation and maintenance. Super shield comes with an agreement between Mahindra Powerol and customer where the company itself is going to take full responsibility for upkeep of DG set for five year.
The service introduced by the company is going to be emerged as game changer in the field of DG business, said Palaniappan, elaborating that with this move, the company hope to raise the standard of being a customer-centric organisation.
“The service will provide all-inclusive coverage, zero maintenance cost, zero repair charge, zero service charges and zero spares replacement costs for period of five years,” he said , adding that through this the company is expecting an annual selling of around 100 DG sets in Chhattisgarh.
