Customers can buy property as bank interest rates are low. Those living in rented houses can also buy property by adjusting the Equated Monthly Installments, said Manmohan Lal Chandna, the Raipur Circle Head of the Punjab National Bank, on Saturday.
He was speaking at the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Chhattisgarh Property Expo 2021, which was inaugurated on Friday.
Chandna said: “The interest rate of PNBank's housing scheme is 6.50 and processing fee is nil."
