liquor shops around the periphery of Government Engineering College at Sejbahar in Raipur have been ordered to be closed down in view of the counting of votes on Friday.
As per the order of District Collector Thakur Ram Singh, the country liquor shops in the vicinity of the counting centre at Changorabhata, Mana, Tikrapara and the shops selling Indian Made Foreign liquor (IMFl) in the localities of Mana camp, Pachpedi Naka, Rajendra Nagar, Dunda, Santoshi Nagar and Bhatagaon would also remain closed.
The various bars in the vicinity of the counting centres have also been ordered to remained closed.
