Revenue Minister Prem Prakash Pandey informed Chhattisgarh Assembly on Tuesday that land of a total of 2707 persons were acquired for development of Raipur-Bilaspur National Highway 200. In a written reply to BJP member Shivratan Sharma, the Minister stated that the compensation which was decided for the land acquired was made by taking the guidelines under provisions of National Highways Act 1956 as a basis.
