District Collector Amit Kataria on Friday directed all officials to dispose off grievance letters of the people by solving their problems in a time-bound manner. Chairing a meeting of district-level officers meeting here, Kataria also directed that all the letters received during the Rs Jan Darshan' programme must be disposed of in a time bound manner.
The Collector also directed that it must be ensured that no encroachment takes place on land earmarked for opening of government schools in the district. He also directed that an action plan must be prepared for construction of government school buildings and for taking up other infrastructure development activities in the district.
Kataria also directed that all officials concerned need to observe utmost caution in all recruitment processes and the same should be strictly as per rules. He asked the Section Officer (Revenue) to keep a vigil to prevent setting up of illegal colonies in the district.
