Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Thursday shunted out the Kurud Block Education Officer (BEO) after getting complaints against him.
At the public interaction (Bhent Mulaqat) in the Sihawa Assembly constituency, teachers registered complaints against the BEO. Baghel asked the District Education Officer of Dhamtari to act immediately, an official communication said.
The School Education Department then shifted Fateh Mohammed Koya (Lecturer). He has been attached with the DEO’s office at Dhamtari.
Ravindra Mishra, Assistant Director, Office of DEO at Dhamtari, has been given temporary charge as BEO, Kurud.
