The Cultural Club of the Kushabhau Thakre University of Journalism and Mass Communication (KTUJM) organised a series of cultural competitions as part of the celebrations of 10 years of the establishment of the University. The competitions had participation from students from various departments of the university.
The results were as follows — Pranay Dhar Diwan won first prize in debate speaking against the motion, Harshit Sharma won first prize in debate, Varsha Soni won first prize in Collage Making , Poonam Tiwari won first prize in Rangoli, Sumit Soni won first prize in Western Song Solo, Aastha Thakur won first prize in dance competition, Atul Dubey won first prize in mimicry, Varsha Sharma won first prize in Spot photography.
A unique competition “Garnishing KTUJM” was also organised in which students had to decorate their departments creatively. All the winners will be awarded on the occasion of varsity’s Foundation Day celebrations which will be held on April 16 from 11:30 a.m. onwards in the University campus.
