He was speaking at the second day of the ongoing Orientation Programme of the new batch of PGP and FPM at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Raipur on Friday.The day witnessed a series of interactive sessions from eminent personalities from the corporate and spiritual world.Ghosh emphasised on developing a culture of objectivity rather than subjectivity among teams. “It is important to stay focused at all costs to achieve your goals.” he said.
Being authentic and having a strong value system will make sure that one never deviates from one’s path, Ghosh said.later on, a session on ‘How to make India competitive and the role of management graduates’ by Anurag Goel, Member, Competition Commission of India (CCI) was held.Prof. BS Sahay, Director, IIM Raipur welcomed Goel and elaborated upon the relevance of management education in context of the competitive scenario of the business world. He said that healthy competition is necessary for growth and it is only when we overcome challenges that we succeed.
