The first anniversary of Kids Campus, established in the Balco Township with an objective to make the children of working class parents cultured by providing them right service and excellent basic education was held at the Mangal Bhawan with pomp and show.
The kids won the hearts of the audience through their excellent cultural performance. Chief guest of the programme, the head of Balco Township, SN Singh and special guest, president of Balco Mahila Mandal Meena Mantri inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. The children welcomed the guests with bouquets.
In his address, Singh, while praising the Kids Campus administration, said that this school was a great help for the families, especially nuclear families, where the working class parents are striving for the looking after of their small children. He praised the teachers for the better running of the school. School Principal Shraddha Shrivastava presented the annual report. She said that the Kids Campus has 86 branches in the country and it got ISO 9001-2008 certificate also. The school, runs with the assistance of Balco Mahila Mandal, has the facilities for the look after of children from six months to five years.
Shourya Rajput, Kriti Soni, Aradhya Diwan, Namira Pandey, Savi Satvik and Abhiyan Vijeta presented the first cultural programme. Shifa Nikolas, Aditya Mejokhar, Bhavesh Jangid and Nirjhara Sharma performed dance on patriotic songs. Performing play “Jeevan Ka Aadhar Vriksh” based on environment awareness, Hardik Deshmukh, Aarav Sinha and Vihan Kumar received applauds from the audience.
Head of Balco Medical Services Dr S C Pant and Balco Mahila Mandal office-bearer Neelam and others were present at the programme. The programme was conducted with Varsha Pandey.
