Chhattisgarh Health and Medical Education Minister T.S. Singh Deo on Sunday assured of installing necessary machines for starting kidney and liver transplant at Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College (JLNMC), Raipur, and for making the college self-dependent to provide the facility.
Singh Deo made the announcement while reviewing works of JLNMC at the meeting of autonomous body meeting.
Singh Deo also exhorted for making available necessary medicines to the patients free of cost and said that in case there was any problem he must immediately be informed.
While reviewing the recruitment process, the Minister instructed the concerned to levy a nominal application fee from the unemployed candidates.
He later also reviewed the condition of machines for ‘Hamar Lab’ and other consumables.
The Minister asserting that there were complaints of delay in releasing post-mortem reports and asked the officials to try providing the report at the earliest.
