Officers of Agriculture and Revenue departments will carry out separate verification of the areas sown for paddy crop in the Kharif season in the district this year.
Based on the verification of these departments, the actual information of sown area in the district will be collected.While issuing directives to the officials, Collector Dr Basavraju S during the time-bound meeting, asked them to engage the field staff of Agriculture Department and Patwaris for the verification of sown area.
On distribution of cash in place of tricycles to the beneficiaries, the Collector told the Deputy Director, Social Welfare Department to ensure deposit of amount equal to the cost of tricycle in the bank account after collecting Panchayat-wise list of beneficiaries from the Village Panchayat secretaries.The Collector asked the PWD Executive Engineer to prepare an estimate for dismantling the dilapidated school buildings.

Reviewing the Kisan Credit Card in the district, the Collector told the officer concerned to prepare Kisan Credit Card to all farmers of the district. Additional Collector Syed Akbar Ali Hashmi, Project Director of District Rural Development Agency BK Verma, Tehsildar, Janpad CEOs and officers from various departments were present in the meeting.
