Collector Mukesh Bansal has directed officials to keep a check on the black marketing of kerosene and food grains in the fair price shops. He asked the SDM and food officer to take necessary steps in this regard. Bansal was addressing the officials during a time-limit meeting convened here. He asked SDMs to convene the joint meeting of tehsildars, zonal officers and SHOs for maintaining law and order during elections. Bansal directed the officials to keep a check on the use of polythene carry bags in the district. He asked to launch the drive to check if the ban on the use of polythene bags is implemented or not. District Panchayat CEO Neelesh Kshirsagar, Assistant Collector Gaurav Kumar Singh, Upper Collector Shyam Dhawde and departmental officials were present in the meeting.
