A helicopter carrying State School Education Minister Kedar Kashyap made an emergency landing at Rudri helipad in Dhamtari district about 80 km from Raipur, due to foul weather on Wednesday morning.
Weather suddenly turned windy when Kashyap was on his way to Kondagaon from State capital.
The chopper had to make emergency landing on the way and the Minister later proceeded for his destination by road.
