Daughter-in-law of the royal family of Jashpur and wife of Vikramaditya Singh Judev, Jaya Judev along with her supporters joined Bharatiya Janata Party at a function at Kota in presence of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh the other day.
With her joining BJP, it is seen as a strategy of the party to field her against Renu Jogi from her traditional seat of Kota assembly segment.
Notably, Kota is a traditional seat of Congress leader Renu Jogi from where she is legislator for three times consequtively.
