The Chhattisgarh State Medicinal Plants Board will be developing 200 hectares of land near the religious tourist centre of Jatmai as ‘Medicinal Plants Conservation Area’ in the district. On Monday, Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Medicinal Plants Board
Ram Singh launched the project by planting a medicinal sapling in the area.
The programme was chaired by Vice Chairman of the Board Dr JP Sharma in the presence of lok Sabha MP from Mahasamund Chandulal Sahu and Chairman of Chhattisgarh State Forest Development Corporation Srinivas Maddi.
