Collector Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi has directed the officers concerned to issue show-cause notice to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Janpad Panchayat Bilha Bhagat for delay in construction of toilets in schools.
The collector held a meeting with the officials to review construction works under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan at the Collectorate recently. During the meeting, he found that construction of toilets was being delayed in Bilha block.
Pardeshi directed the officials to ensure construction of toilets while ensuring quality in schools. The Block education officers have been asked to provide details of construction of toilets to the Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM).
He directed the officers to ensure construction of toilets in the schools where there are no toilets within 30 days. Pardeshi also took the report of construction of Ramp and Kitchen Shed from the officers. Various other issues were discussed in detail during the meeting.
