The 140-km-long Jagdalpur-Raoghat railway line project in Chhattisgarh will be revived. The work will commence from both sides, Rajnandgaon MP Santosh Pandey said on Friday.
He said after meeting railway officials that the work will be completed at the earliest.
He said there existed a narrow gauge line from Dhamtari to Kanker to Kondagaon during British period. During World War II, the tracks were uprooted and put to use in another place.
