ITDP work plan approved for 2013-14

The joint meeting of the governing body of District Planning Advisory Board and Pahadi Korva and Birhor Vikas Abhikaran was held here on April 13. MlA from Jashpur Jageshwar Ram chaired the meeting in the presence of Pathalgaon MlA Rampukar Singh and president of Pahadi Korva Vikas Pradhikaran Bhagthu Ramu.

In the meeting, the proposed work plan of Integrated Tribal Development Project and Pahadi Korva Vikas Pradhikaran for the year 2013-14 has been approved after deliberation. informed in an official statement here on Monday.

Under the Special Central Assistance Tribal Area  Sub-plan of the Integrated Tribal Development Project `1.89 crore has been approved as working capital for the proposed 87 works and `4.39 crore for the 2161 works of revenue head.

Similarly, under section 275(1) of the Constitution Rs 4.36 crore has been approved for 76 works, under section 275(1) innovative `34.30 crore has been approved for 383 works of infrastructure development and minor irrigation. In the governing body meeting a total of `254.32 lakh has been approved for various work proposed.
