Collector S Prakash while holding a weekly meeting on Wednesday asked officials to set up water harvesting systems near the hand pumps in the villages.
He also inquired about the hand pumps working in every village and about the water availability through Hydrofracturing Machine.
Prakash said that Gram Suraj Abhiyan is being launched on April 25 to reach out to the State government’s beneficiaries of public policies, schemes and programmes.
He inquired about the progress of Aadhaar Seeding status under the Chief Minister Food Assistance Scheme.
The Collector also sought information about the beneficiaries of Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Soli Health Testing, Anganwadi Centres and Social Pension scheme.
