The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur will be organizing its first HR Summit on September 19 and 20 in the city titled “Aligning HR with Business Strategy”.
The Summit will address critical issues and challenges in aligning HR with business strategy. It will also provide a platform for deliberations, experience sharing, cross-fertilisation of ideas and best practices of HR alignment with Strategy, an IIM press release issued here on Wednesday stated.
Over top 40 HR Directors and Vice-Presidents from MNCs, Public and Private sectors will address the two-day Summit which is likely to see participation by over 300 delegates from different parts of the country.
The summit features six panel discussions on themes like Managing Intangible —Connecting with Internal Customers, Building Organizational Capabilities in Turbulent Times, HR as a Strategic Business Partner; Developing a High Performance Culture; HR in Small and Medium Enterprises, and leadership in Volatile Times.
