The six-day long Faculty Development Programme (FDP) under Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP-II) successfully concluded on Saturday at IIM Raipur. The programme covered various themes, namely Achieving Academic Excellence, Adapting to fast changing needs, ‘Vision, Mission and Strategic Reconciliation of the Academic Institutes’, Participant Centered learning, Changing Roles of Professors in Higher Education, Assessing Self Strength and weakness, Teaching learning Process, Assessment Techniques, Publishing in top class journals, Effective Communication, Preparing for accreditation and Washington accord, ‘Managing People and other Resources’, legal Issues in Academic Environment, ‘Industry Networking and Career Options for Students’, ‘Counselling and Mentoring of Students’, ‘Research Proposal & Managing Research Grants’, and Execution and Governance.
