IAS Officer Sonmoni Borah on Saturday took charge as Secretary, Women and Child Development Department.
State Government has entrusted Borah with additional charge of Secretary Social Welfare Department and Sports and Youth Welfare Department. Earlier, Borah was posted as Divisional Commissioner, Bilaspur.
