A large number of cases involving bank loans, accidentals claims besides insurance were resolved during National lok Adalat conducted here on Saturday As many as 29 benches were constituted in the District and Sessions Court for the purpose. Sufficient personnel were deployed to maintain law and order during the camp.
In Bijapur, ten cases of Forest Department were solved while `3,600 were recovered and `43,458 in 43 cases related to Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution Company ltd (CSPDCl) were collected in the lok Adalat conducted. There were four cases of Bijapur Nagar Panchayat; one case of SBI; 2 cases of Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank; one case each of Punjab National Bank and Union Bank of India were also solved.
