Police had received inputs that a huge cache of arms is buried in the jungle near Nagrar village in the district. Accordingly, the police carried out a search operation and succeeded in locating the arms which were buried beside a river.

Police informed that the seized arms include rifles, muzzle guns, country-made guns, detonators, walky-talky, 12 bore gun bullets, tiffin bombs, medicine box, Naxal literature and other items of daily use.
