The health screening of the students of Government Aadarsh Boys Higher Secondary School was carried out here by a team of doctors under the ‘Chirayu Scheme’.
The scheme had been launched by the State Government under National Child Health Programme, which aims to provide free health screening for children upto the age of 18 years.The students were screened for eye related problems, Anaemia, skin problems, malnutrition, birth related defects besides their weight and height were measured.As many as 585 students were screened on the occasion and 50 students were provided treatment on the spot.
